The Embarcadero at Barrio de Tubac is a lovely age-targeted town home complex in an upscale neighborhood named Barrio de Tubac that is adjacent to delightful Tubac, Arizona.   Homes are for sale, but what makes this active adult community interesting is that fully furnished, well-appointed town homes are also available for short and long term leasing.  Being a tenant in this service-oriented, 180-unit development has many perks, including concierge service, window washing, valet parking and beautiful mountain views.
Embarcadero Real Estate

With its traditional southwestern architecture, the Embarcadero nicely blends into the surrounding landscape.  One, two and three bedroom units are available for lease and come with Thomasville furniture, alder wood tables and chairs, accent pieces, an  entertainment center, flatware, plants and wall coverings.   All units have a master suite and a walk-in closet, and all kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and high quality kitchen cabinets.  Each residence has a gas burning fireplace, a DVD player, television sets, broadband internet connections, a beautiful entry patio, and many have furnished sky terraces with summer kitchens for outdoor barbecuing.

Units range in size from 850 square feet to 1,550 square feet.  One bedroom residences lease from $627 to $1,078 for one week; from $1,742 to $2,772 for one month and from $1,679 to $1,847 per month for one year.  Two bedroom units lease from $721 to $1,323 for one week; from $2,017 to $3,402 for one month and from $1,931 to $2,266 per month for one year.  Three bedroom units lease from $878 to $1,470 for one week; from $2,458 to $3,780 for one month and from $2,350 to $2,518 per month for one year.  These rates do not include taxes.  The leasing program is professionally managed; call 520-398-8700 for more information (applications are currently being accepted).

While concierge service, trash collection, pool and lawn maintenance, unit checks when owners are away, valet parking and window washing are standard services, optional services are also available and include airport transportation, housekeeping, laundry services, meal delivery, personal grocery shopping and secretarial services.

The Embarcadero is still in the construction phase, but plans call for a pool, Jacuzzi and cabanas.  A clubouse called The Governor’s Mansion is on the drawingboard and will be home to a state-of-the-art fitness center.
