There are 1,112 RV park sites, and RVs up to 45' long can be accommodated. All sites offer full hook-ups including 20/30/50 amp electric service, water and sewer, as well as Qwest telephone service, cable TV, wireless internet, a concrete patio and a palm tree. RVers with pets will be happy to know that there is a large section for those traveling with their favorite companions (and husbands and wives are allowed, too)!   In-season rates (September through April) are $36 a day, $225 a week, $550 a month or $1,450 for 3 months. Off-season rates (May through August) are $25 a day, $150 a week or $375 a month. Annual rates are $3,820 to $4,214, depending on the RV size. All rates have taxes added, and 3 month and year long leases are payable in advance. 

The mobile homes for lease each come completely furnished, even down to the linens and flatware, and have an RV port, a full kitchen, a dining nook, one bedroom, a DVD player, a landline telephone and a vacuum cleaner. Some have washers and dryers and dishwashers. Rates are approximately $2,000 per month, and some discounts and incentives are available. On-site amenities include a post office, a Laundromat, a ballroom, two hot therapy pools, 4 tennis courts, a batting cage, billiards tables, a lounge with a big screen TV, an exercise room, a ceramics room, a computer room, two pools (one Olympic size) and a travel desk.
