Antelope Ridge, located on the eastern edge of pretty, conservative Colorado Springs, Colorado (about 60 miles south of Denver), is a quiet, manufactured home community for those 55 and above.  All residences here are single-family, ranch-style and come in six different floor plans.  Colorado Springs is a very livable city in a beautiful setting at the base of the majestic Rocky Mountains, and from the front door of nearly any home, one can see the Front Range and imposing Pikes Peak not far in the distance.

Amenities include a lovely 4,000 sq. ft. community center with a great room (and a wall of windows with views of the Rockies), two heated pools, a 24-hour fitness center, a bocce ball court, a full kitchen and a business center with internet access.  This really is the focus of development, and a broad range of activities, from movie nights to morning coffee get-togethers, bring neighbors together.

A selling point here is that all dwellings are owner-occupied, and covenants are in place to ensure that the development remains a safe and attractive place to live.   In fact, Antelope Ridge has been participating in the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes for the last six years and has won a number of design awards.
