This community does not have much in the way of amenities, which is why the HOA fee is on the low side.  In fact, it does not have any amenities, but it is close to two popular lakes, Lake Acworth and Lake Allatoona, and Cobblestone Golf Course, which was recently rated the number one public course in Georgia by Golf Digest, is close at hand.   Acworth also boasts two semi-private courses, one at Brookstone Country Club and one at Bentwater Country Club.
