Cinco Ranch has ten neighborhoods and a wide array of amenities, but
Heritage Grand also has its own amenities so residents may swim,
work out and enjoy a putting green without distractions from younger residents (not that there is anything wrong with
younger residents). The community has its own pool and spa,
fitness center, computer center, putting green, shuffle board court
and lengthy walking trails, all of which are included in the HOA
fee.
Heritage Grand residents may also enjoy Cinco Ranch's other
amenities, including a water park, a large recreation center,
several lakes with boating, greenbelts, wetlands, a nature preserve,
tennis courts, a beach club and the Cinco Ranch Golf Club, an
18-hole, par-71 daily fee course, characterized by fifty sand traps and
nine water hazards. George Bush Park, a 7,800-acre haven, borders Cinco Ranch, providing further
opportunities for
outdoor recreation.
